Clocked-In.co.uk and In-Househr.co.uk are sites operated by In House HR Ltd (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11692577 and have our registered office is at 2 Main Street, Great Gidding, Huntingdon, PE28 5NX.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

Whether you are a consumer or a business user:

  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Rights you are giving us to use material you upload

You own the intellectual property rights (including copyright) relating to the Material you produce and post on this Website. By posting material on this Website you agree the following;

  • You grant to In-House HR Ltd, with immediate effect, an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-terminable, royalty-free licence to copy and make full use of any Material prepared by or on behalf of You for any purpose relating to this Website.
  • This licence allows In-House HR Ltd to use the Material in connection with the Website and to reproduce the Material as In-House HR Ltd thinks fit.
  • This licence carries the right to grant sub-licences and is transferable to third parties without your consent.

In-House HR Ltd shall not be liable for use of the Material for any purpose other than that for which it was prepared and/or provided.

You warrant that, in respect of any Material whose copyright is vested in third parties, you are authorised by such parties to grant the licence as set out above. You shall notify In-House HR Ltd of any Material in respect of which You are not so authorised and shall exercise all reasonable endeavours to obtain such authorisation as soon as reasonably practicable.

You undertake to In-House HR Ltd that You shall, at Your own cost:

  • pay all royalties payable to third parties in respect of the use of any Material in accordance with the terms set out above; and
  • obtain a written waiver of all moral rights that any of Your employees, agents, sub-contractors or consultants may have under the CDPA 1988 in relation to this Website or any Material.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
